On January 25, AREA Ruhr presented their project at MERCUR Club, an annual event organized by Mercator Research Center Ruhr bringing together representatives and researchers of the three Ruhr universities. Dr. Kerstin Lukner introduced the audience to AREA Ruhr’s planned MA and doctoral programmes. 

AREA Ruhr’s International Scientific Advisory Board convened at the University Duisburg-Essen on Friday, January 20th. Chaired by Prof Glenn Hook, the board discussed AREA Ruhr’s activities and progress in the year 2016 as well as the upcoming MA and PhD programs.
